These Terms of Use govern your use of the Snappy mobile application. By downloading or using Snappy, you agree to be bound by these terms. Please read them carefully.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use Snappy. By using the App, you represent that you meet this requirement.

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes. You may not:

3. Subscriptions and In-App Purchases

Snappy offers the following auto-renewable subscription plans:

Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period. Your Apple ID account will be charged upon confirmation of purchase and at the start of each renewal period.

You may manage or cancel your subscription at any time through your device's App Store account settings. No refunds are provided for partial subscription periods.

New users receive 5 free scans upon first use. Free scans do not roll over.

4. User Content and Camera Use

Snappy uses your device camera to capture photos for product identification. Photos are processed to identify products and find purchasing options. We do not store your photos beyond what is necessary to complete each scan request.

You are solely responsible for the content you submit through the App and agree not to submit any content that is illegal, harmful, or violates third-party rights.

5. Third-Party Services

The App displays product results and retailer links from third-party sources including Amazon, Walmart, eBay, and others. We are not responsible for the accuracy, availability, or content of third-party listings. Purchasing through retailer links is subject to those retailers' own terms and policies.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that product identifications will be accurate or complete, or that retailer links will reflect current pricing or availability.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Snappy and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the App.

8. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the App at any time, with or without notice, for conduct that violates these Terms or is otherwise harmful to other users, us, or third parties.

9. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes by updating the date at the top of this page. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict of law principles.
